PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE BARS
Our Peanut Butter Brownie Bars are brownies filled with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, and on top of them are the Best Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting.
These Peanut Butter Brownie Bars are very delicious but we can't lie ... they are very sweet and rich (but certainly in a GOOD way.) Chocolate and peanut butter are two delicious flavors that taste good together so just cut these delicious brownies become smaller sized bars and gladly serve them up to your family and friends. They will ask them again and again, they are good!
We love Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix because of the rich taste of dark chocolate and extra chocolate chips in the dough, but go ahead and use your favorite brand of brownie mix. Make the brownie mix according to the instructions on the package and then add 1 cup of Reese Peanut Butter Chips! Pour into a 13 "x 9" pan and bake according to the directions on the box.
Let the brownies cool completely.
If you want to make Brownie Bars a little cooler ... melt 1/2 cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips in a plastic bag in the microwave.
Cut slightly from the corner of a plastic bag and drizzle melted chocolate on the bars.
Allow the drizzling chocolate to harden before you store the brownies.
