Banana Bread Blondies

Banana Bread Blondies is a scrumptious snack, the easiest and most delicious lunch field, and dessert ever.

I assume combing my two favorite treats, banana bread and blondes would be great. And wager what! I became right, it became out better than I expected!

Banana Bread Blondies has a rich and sweet taste of banana bread but with a fudgy, moist, rich and dense texture. If you are looking for banana bread that is not tasty, you will not find it here.

So technically, this delicious bar is more like a traditional blondie base with only a mixture of bananas. But I call it "bread". That's because it tastes.

Banana Bread Blondies with Brown Butter Frosting
And because I call them 'bread', I don't understand why these blondes can't eat breakfast either ?! Their breakfast is very suitable in my opinion.

I know that a lot of sugar is not a healthy enough breakfast, but I can't stand it. So sue me! I like to eat it for breakfast! You can make it glaze if you don't feel guilty about it.

Actually Roti Roti Banana is very delicious, even without chocolate butter. They are sweet and flavorful. They have amazing combos, rich flavors of banana, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

Sometimes I like to make it without toppings, especially when I need a quick and easy snack or dessert. But I like to add glaze to make them look luxurious for special events or parties.

INGREDIENTS
For Blondies:

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup of pink sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup mashed bananas (one medium-large banana)

Froze:

  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 6 tablespoons of pink sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup refined sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and an 8 x 8-inch baking line with aluminum foil (leaving an overhang on the side to lift out finished), then spray with cooking spray, set aside.
  2. For the batter, in a medium bowl mix together melted butter, sugar, and salt. Add egg vanilla and cinnamon and mix until well combined, then add mashed banana and mix to combine.
  3. Next, add flour and stir until well mixed and smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, flatten the top and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is cooked. Remove from the oven and allow to chill to room temperature.
  4. To make a freeze, in a medium saucepan, melt the butter and continue cooking on medium heat until it reaches a beautiful yellow color, stirring constantly (be careful not to burn it). Then, add brown sugar, milk and a pinch of salt, stir and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Beat vanilla and refined sugar and spread over the blonde. Let the frosting be set before slicing and serving.
